While having a discussion with a friend, I was given an interesting blog topic. Do you think that SEXTING is a form of cheating and could destroy a marriage? Do you believe that it should have the same consequences as physical cheating?

Sexting is NOT cheating as it is vitual and can be anyone and say anything so although I understand it is emotional for women and it is personal giving your number still you can just turn it off by a click of a button. Vitual is no reason yo end a soundly foundation for trust.

I understand that it's visual and you can turn it off with just 1 click, but it can still be just as detrimental as any other form of cheating. I was watching an episode of Iyanla, Fix My Life and the husband became more emotionally attached to the woman online the an he was with his wife. People feel more comfortable with online interactions than face to face. If there is any type deficit in a marriage or relationship, a virtual interaction can definitely destroy it because it fills a void. People let their guard down when texting because they don't view it as cheating, but in my opinion, it definitely is.
