Another Baby Killed Senselessly
LANDOVER, Md. —Prince George’s County Police said they were investigating the suspected homicide of a 3-year-old girl, Knijah Bibb in Landover Sunday.
Police said they were called to the 6900 block of Forest Terrace for a reported shooting. They said they found the girl inside a home suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Police said the girl was rushed to a hospital, but she died from her injuries.
Police said an argument between two men outside the home escalated to a physical altercation. They said one man left, but returned with a gun. The armed man fired several times into the home, police said, and the child was hit in the shooting. The dispute between the two men was over clothes.
Police said the shooter fled the area. Authorities said detectives are working to identify the shooter.
