To be a great leader, a person must first learn how to be a great follower! A leader must learn what it takes to keep others engaged. We must also understand that unintentionally, we can destroy a vision when our motive becomes more about ourselves and less about the greater outcome of the goal. Sometimes a reality check is in order!!!! Never be afraid to confront the man or WOman in the mirror, we all need to periodically strip the ego to illuminate the light of humility!!!
