Do you think that social media is a good platform for change or is a just a social soapbox for opinions that don't go any further than the computer screen?

Today I just have a message to everyone. Please get some rest, take vitamins, eat the right foods, exercise and feed your spiritual mind with positivity and love!!! Most of all, Keep praying!
Many people don't believe in therapy. Do you believe that the African American community still has a stigma about psychological counseling and treatment? What are some of the reasons for this?
Ok, I'm done. Over the past week or so, I have heard about several senseless murders of our African American children and young adults. I am absolutely appalled and outraged at the senseless murders committed by police and those in the communities where we live. Something must be done. Nobody can continue to play target practice with our babies? What are we gonna do?
Romans 8:28-30 “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.”
What does it mean to be chosen or called by God or is there a difference? Otakon Convention, 21st Annual

Today is Free Yourself Friday. What do you need to free yourself from today? Many times we carry things so long that we don't even realize that it has transformed us. When you carry something that is heavy long enough, eventually you will begin to adapt to the extra weight. Today is the day! Whatever you are willing to release can no longer affect you. Go through the process, cry it out if you have to, pray and release it. I guarantee, you'll feel lighter and more importantly, FREE!!!
Do you really know the signs of abuse or do you just excuse certain things as normal relationship problems?
"To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him." ~Buddha
